Completion Of The Expansion Of The Basic Health Unit (Ubs) - Including The Execution Of Two Blocks Intended For The Municipal Pharmacy, Medicine Deposit, Reception, Health Surveillance Room, Toilet, Circulation, Dengue Room And Epidemiology Room, Comprising The Full Execution Of The Following Services: - Preliminary Services And Construction Administration, Including Construction Site Installation, Cleaning Of The Area, Construction Board And Technical Monitoring;- Earthmoving And Drainage, With Excavations, Regularization And Soil Preparation;- Execution Of Foundations And Structures, In Accordance With The Structural Project;- Masonry, Partitions, Walls And Closures, In Accordance With The Architectural Project;- Roofing, Including Structure, Installation Of Gutters And Metallic Flashings;- Frames, Including Wooden Doors, Doors And Tempered Glass Windows And Respective Accessories;- Electrical Installations, With Built-In Infrastructure, Distribution Boards, Led Lights And Other Devices;- Hydrosanitary Installations, With Pvc Piping, Connection To The Existing Network, Installation Of Crockery And Sanitary Metals;- Internal And External Coatings, Plastering, Plaster, Plaster, Porcelain Flooring, Waterproofing And Painting;- Execution Of Sidewalks In Interlocking Concrete Blocks (Paver) In Natural Color, 6 Cm Thick, Including Base, Laying, Grouting And Compaction;- Planting Of Grass In Plates, With Soil Preparation And Fertilization;- Parking Cover, In Metal Structure With Shading Screen;- Complementary Services And Final Cleaning Of The Work, Leaving It In Full Conditions Of Use.
