Tenders are invited for Operation and Maintenance Service for Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations at Rlic, Mic, Dca and Halul Bond: 880000 QAR Fee: 500 QAR Tender Issue Period: 23/04/26 - 30/04/26 Bid Closing Date: 07/06/26 Bond Validity: 04/11/26- (150) days from the Bid Closing Date Offer Validity: 05/10/26- (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Scope of Work/Description: Operation and Maintenance Services for Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations at RLIC, MIC, DCA and Halul. There are two parts for requrired services Part A: Operation and Maintenance Services for Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations at MIC, DCA and HALUL CONTRACTOR shall operate and maintain the Eight (8) existing AAQMS located at : Five(5) AAQMS - Mesaieed Industrial City and Wakra, Two (2) AAQMS - Dukhan Fahahil Concession Area, and One (1) AAQMS - Halul Island (including any newly installed analyzers and equipment) and to supply, install and commission additional analyzers and equipment and CONTRACTOR is responsible for continuous and reliable monitoring to ensure high-quality results with a minimum Data Capture Rate (DCR) of 95% for all ambient air quality and meteorological parameters. CONTRACTOR shall provide all required resources, qualified personnel, supervision, recertification of calibrators, software license renewal, testing, equipment, tools, consumables, spare parts, and every other element necessary to deliver the services. Part B: Operation and Maintenance Services for RLIC Environmental Society Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations The Contractor shall operate and maintain eight existing AAQMS (six fixed and two mobile), replace analyzers at Camp and Al Khor stations, and manage the central data server with MECC interface. Scope includes supply, installation, commissioning, and O&M of two new trailer-mounted AAQMS, five small SO?/H?S trailers, meteorological sensors, heated sampling lines, cameras, NH? analyzers, odour/VOC sensors, and upgraded data acquisition software. Responsibilities cover relocation of mobile stations, preventive/corrective maintenance, calibration per US EPA standards, systematic data validation, and ensuring ?95% Data Capture Rate. Contractor shall provide all resources, spares, consumables, and licensed software for continuous compliance and reliability.
