Tenders are invited for Procurement of 142 Sets of Vocational Furniture (Iron/Wood) Bid Security: 2% of the bid price Date Added: April 28, 2026 Deadline: 20/05/2026 Category: Construction & Engineering, Rehabilitation/Renovation, Solar and Renewable The Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB) in pursuant of its mandate and in compliance with the requirement of Procurement Act and Lagos State Public Procurement Agency Law of 2021 (as revised), has received funds for Y2023 & Y2024 UBEC/LASUBEB INTERVENTION PROJECTS and intends to apply part of it for procurement of Works and Goods. 3.Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB), a procedure specified in the Procurement Act of Bureau of Public Procurement, Lagos State Public Procurement Law and Guidelines for Procurement of Works and Goods. 4. Interested eligible bidders may download a complete set of Bidding Documents (Bidding Document for Works and Goods) in English Language FREE on the website of Lagos State Public Procurement Agency: www.lagosppa.gov.ng. However, bidders who are willing to submit bids shall be required to pay a non-refundable fee N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only for the Bidding Document. The original receipt (not BANK TELLER) of payment collected from the bank shall be uploaded and submitted with other documents making up the bid. The bidders are to visit the Account Department of the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board to generate a bill for payment in the Bank. 5. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including CAC certificate and Articles of Association. Evidence of current and valid Registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency with appropriate class. Current Tax Clearance Certificate of the Company and two Directors for the last three years (2023, 2024 & 2025) Company profile and organizational structure with the CV of key personnel/support with professional certificates. Certificate of compliance with the provision of Pension Reform Act 2004 issued by the National Pension Commission (PENCOM) for (2023, 2024 & 2025). Evidence of Company registration with NSITF and ITF for (2023, 2024 & 2025) Availability (own/lease/hire) of the essential equipment as listed in the Bidding Data Sheet. Experience as a prime Contractor in carrying out 2 project(s) of similar nature and complexity equivalent to the works over the last five (5) years (to comply with this requirement, the work cited should be at least 70% completed) including the following details: a) Name of Project b) Scope of Work c) Brief descriptiond) Contract Value e) Clientsf) Nature of Contract Evidence of 3 years Development Levy for two Directors (2023, 2024 & 2025). Copies of VAT Registration with Tax Identification Number (TIN) and evidence of VAT Remittances for 3 years (2023, 2024 & 2025). Evidence of the Companys financial capability (Submission of audited Balance Sheet or other financial statements for the last 3 years (2023, 2024 & 2025) and Bank support. A sworn affidavit that all documents submitted are genuine and verifiable. Any additional information that may enhance your bid. 6. A Pre- Bid Meeting will be organized for interested Bidders who are eligible onTuesday, 5th May, 2026 at 10am, at the SUBEB Hall, Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board, Maryland, Lagos 7. SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS a. Bid(s) shall be submitted through the e-procurement portal www.lagosppa.gov.ng. All documents are to be properly scanned before uploaded along with copy (ies) of electronic receipt(s) for the payment of the bidding document which shall be uploaded along with other documents making up the Bid(s). b. Any Bid submitted without the scanned copy of electronic receipt for payment for the Bidding Document shall be rejected and not be given any consideration. c.
