Tenders are invited for Design, Development, and Integration of Municipal Websites and Digital Public Consultation Mechanism within GAP project The REFORM Association, in partnership with ACPP and JOVESOLIDES, is implementing the Gap project to promote inclusive governance and enhance womens political participation across 16 West Bank municipalities. The project has introduced participatory initiatives such as Social Transformation Agents, a Gender Mainstreaming Manual, and accountabilityfocused community meetings, creating spaces for dialogue between municipalities and citizens especially women. However, consultations identified a key gap: the lack of continuous, institutionalized citizen engagement and limited digital infrastructure in some municipalities. To address this, REFORM proposes developing municipal websites for five municipalities and introducing digital public consultation tools to strengthen participation in decision-making.
