Tenders are invited for Event Management Project Closing Ceremony. The Building the Palestinian Agricultural Insurance Systems and Services project is a 48-month action led and implemented by Oxfam and the Economic and Social Development Centre of Palestine (ESDC), funded by the European Union (EU) for the benefit of the Ministry of Agriculture, with a financial contribution from the Palestinian government and Oxfam itself. The project aims to increase the resilience of Palestinian farmers and producers against shocks resulting from production risks, including climate change and infrastructural risks by putting in place an operational and sustainable agricultural insurance system and services through the MoA, with the full participation of the private sector. The event is expected to take place towards the second half of June 2026. Still the final date shall be determined in coordination with project stakeholders. Anticipated event location Palestinian Red Crescent Society or a similar venue in Ramallah, venues of fancy Hotels are not planned for. The intention is to have a wide hall, suitable equipment, suitable for hosting farmers, their representatives, besides donors and international NGOs; where they can exchange opinions and discussions, while being able to present the projects achievements. The service provider (event management co/ consultant) will provide and cover the venue; Oxfam will need to understand the price structure of the logistics including the hall rent. The service provider is responsible for all requirements (equipment and technicians including audio and video, interpretation and related equipment, event theme, branding/visibility materials including EU and Pal. large flags, name badges/tags, catering, attendance documentation and other documentation etc.) in close coordination with Oxfam. The Service Provider should follow Oxfams Branding policies and ensure Oxfam logos are presented as per the guidelines. The company and the team in the assignment must abide by Oxfam child protection policy, code of conduct, sexual harassment policy and Oxfams other relevant policies. All requirements in respect of insurance including professional indemnity, workers compensation, public liability, superannuation and taxation, where applicable will remain, always, the responsibility of the consultant/service provider. 2. All proposal documents are requested in the English language. Language of delivery/deliverables will be agreed upon with the project team. 3. Oxfam reserves the right to negotiate, accept or reject any or all proposals and quotations at its sole discretion and to pursue or act further on any responses it considers advantageous. 4. Oxfam reserves the right to amend the scope of work, including removing specific items from this ToR, assigning them to other vendors, or cancelling them entirely. 5. Service providers may alter or withdraw their proposal by written notification prior to the deadline for submission of tenders. 6. No proposal may be submitted or altered after this deadline. Proposals received after the closing date will not be considered, unless in Oxfam sole opinion there are exceptional circumstances which have caused the delay. 7.
