Prices must be presented in USD Offers must remain valid for 180 calendar days after the offer deadline In addition, offerors responding to this RFP are requested to submit the following: Organizations responding to this RFP are requested to submit a copy of their official registration or business license, Official bank information and valid tax deduction at source. Company profile or 2-3 pages introduction to company areas of expertise and practice, and description of the team and main clients A minimum of three (3) to (5) references (with name and contact information) indicating the relevant services carried out in the last three (3) years that best illustrate organization qualifications and past performance. References from DONOR or similar donor-funded projects are preferred. Independent verification of the references may be carried out (see Annex 3). ANERA reserves the right to obtain past performance information from sources other than those identified by the offeror; The CVs of all personnel with their academic background and relevant professional experience. The team leader CV should clearly reflect experience in data collection methodologies, data analysis, and reporting, preferably aligned with food security assessments and/or CARI methodology.
