Instructions to Interested Firms: Interested vendors may request a copy of the RFP documents by sending an email to
[email protected], specifying the bid title and reference number in the email subject line. Requests will be accepted from Tuesday, 28-04-2026, until Monday, 04-05-2026, at 3:00 PM. All requested RFP documents will be sent by Anera via email on Tuesday, 05-05-2026, to firms that submitted a request. The deadline to receive questions is Sunday, 10-05-2026, at 3:00 PM. The deadline for submitting proposals is Thursday, 14-05-2026, at 2:00 PM. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Anera office in Ramallah with technical and financial documents, at 6 Khalil Budeiri Street, Al-Masyoun, Ramallah, Palestine. Eligibility Requirements: 1. The bidder must hold all valid registrations and licenses issued by the officially recognized government authorities. Supporting documentation must be provided to Anera upon receipt of the bid documents. The registered business activity must match the scope of supply under this tender. 2. The bidder must be officially registered with the tax authorities and must be able to issue zero-rated invoices. 3. The firm must have a valid Deduction at Source certificate and a valid registration certificate in Palestine. 4. Bid Security: The bidder must submit a bank guarantee or certified bank cheque (cash and personal cheques are not accepted) equivalent to 5% of the total bid value. The guarantee must remain valid for two (2) months from the date of bid submission. 5. Performance Guarantee: A performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value must be submitted upon signing the agreement. This guarantee shall remain valid for two (2) months after completion of full delivery of all prepared meat supplies to different locations in the West Bank.
