The Directorate For Administration And Financial Management (Dfø) Wishes To Enter Into A Service Agreement For The Rental Of Three Separate Data Rooms In Colocation Data Centres. There Is A Need For Two Primary Data Rooms In The Oslo Area And One Data Room Outside Oslo That Will Function As A Drsite. 1. Primary Computer Room – Oslo Area Move-In: February 2027 Location: Oslo Area Maximum Distance From Økern: 40 Km As The Crow Flies 2. Primary Computer Room – Oslo Area Move-In: February 2028 Location: Oslo Area Maximum Distance From Økern: 40 Km As The Crow Flies 3. Dr Site (Disaster Recovery) – Outside Oslo Move-In: 2027–2028 Location: Up To 4 Hours Drive From Økern Estimated Area Requirement: Primarily, The Data Rooms Should Each Be A Minimum Of 50 Sq M Bta, With Flexibility To Establish A Warehouse/Technical Zone Of 20–30 Sq M, As Well As Separate Office Space. Dr Computer Rooms Should Each Be A Minimum Of 20 Sq M Bta, With Flexibility To Establish A Warehouse/Technical Zone Of 20 Sq M, As Well As Separate Office Space. Contract Period: 8 Years With An Option Of 2+2+ 2 Years. Technical Requirements: The Data Centers Must Be Operated According To The Nek En 50600 Standard, Minimum Class 3. There Must Be Available Dedicated And Scalable Power Capacity For Each Of The Data Rooms In The Range Of 25–100 Kw.
