The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work Consisting In The Repair Of The Flat Roof Of The Civic Amenities Building No. 138 In The Village Of Patokryje. The Roof Covering Consists Of A Multi-Layer Structure With A Total Thickness Of Approx. 260 Mm, Consisting Mainly Of Layers Of Pvc, Thermal Insulation (Eps) And Asphalt Strips (Bit) On A Supporting Concrete Base Of Good Quality. Pull-Out Tests Of Anchoring Elements Were Carried Out On The Building, Which Confirmed The Suitability Of Mechanical Anchoring To The Existing Foundation. The Average Value Of The Load Capacity Of The Anchors Was Approx. 3257 N, While The Proposed Permissible Load Is Fadm = 1086 N/Anchor Element. The Subject Of Performance Includes In Particular: • Execution Of Preparatory Work And Inspection Of The Existing Roof Sheathing, • Local Repairs And Preparation Of The Background For A New Composition, • Implementation Of A New Waterproofing Layer Of The Roof, • Mechanical Anchoring Of The New Structure To The Existing Concrete Base, • Supply And Installation Of Anchor Elements, Including Pre-Drilling Of Holes, • Execution Of Connection Details (Attic, Penetrations, Drainage, Etc.), • Execution Of Related Plumbing And Finishing Works, • Disposal Of Generated Waste In Accordance With Applicable Legislation, • Restoring The Construction Site To Its Original State.
