Kaakkois-Suomen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (Later Xamk) Is Asking For Bids For The Expert Service Needed For The Älyteko - Transformational Ability With Artificial Intelligence Expertise Project: Procurement Of Artificial Intelligence In The Creative Economy Trainings. The Project Is Co-Financed By The European Union. The Project Will Be Implemented Between September 1, 2025 And May 31, 2027. The Artificial Intelligence Training Aimed At The Personnel Of Smes In The Creative Industries To Be Acquired Now Will Be Carried Out Between September 1, 2026 And March 31, 2027. Background Of The Procurement The Älyteko Project Is The First Training Project In Etelä-Savo Focused Solely On Artificial Intelligence. It Brings New Knowledge And Know-How About Artificial Intelligence To The Technology Industry, To Creative Industries And To Support The Decision-Making Of Company Management, Tailoring The Training And The Content Of Continuous Learning To The Needs Of These Industries And Local Companies. The Älyteko Project Will Help To Identify The Needs For Skills Related To Artificial Intelligence In Companies, Close The Skill Gaps Related To Artificial Intelligence In Etelä-Savo, And Strengthen The Ability To Change In Companies In The Region With The Help Of Increased Artificial Intelligence Capabilities. The Measures Of The Project (Mapping, Trainings, Workshops) Utilize Both The Know-How Of The Implementers Own Personnel And The Know-How Acquired As A Purchasing Service. Procurement Objectives The Aim Is To Acquire Artificial Intelligence Expertise For The Ai ​​In A Creative Economy Training Package Aimed At The Personnel Of Smes In Creative Industries. The Training Consists Of Sections Common To All And In-Depth Company-Specific Workshops. The Most Important Target Group Is The Personnel Of Companies And Organizations In The Creative Fields Of Southern Savonia. Companies From Other Industries In Southern Savonia That Develop Artificial Intelligence-Based Products And Services Can Also Participate In The Training. With The Help Of The Mapping, The Current Situation And Training Needs Of Companies And Organizations Artificial Intelligence Skills Were Clarified Both At The Collective And Company Level. The Aggregate Level Results Are Available To The Service Provider For More Detailed Planning Of Trainings. Company-Specific Analyzes Are Also Available To The Service Provider For Those Companies That Have A Need For A Customized Company-Specific Workshop/Sparring (If A Company-Specific Assessment Has Been Implemented For The Company). The Service Provider Produces Most Of The Training Content, But Experts From The Project Team Also Participate In The Implementation Of The Training, Producing Their Own Section Of The Training In A Mutually Agreed Upon Manner, Including Case Examples And/Or Demos. The Customer Is Also Involved In The Planning Of The Training. Experts Who Are Responsible For Ensuring That The Trainings Serve The Needs Of Companies And Organizations Identified In The Project. In The Implementation, Participatory Methods Suitable For Target Groups Should Be Used: Webinars, The Best Case Examples Of Target Industries And In-Depth Workshop Work Under The Guidance Of A Trainer. The Training Must Not Remain Just A General Description Of The Risks And Opportunities Of Artificial Intelligence, But Must Offer Concrete Tools And Practical Examples Of The Industry To Be Taken Into The Everyday Life Of The Personnel Of The Participating Companies. Artificial Intelligence Assistants Can Be Used For Support In The Planning And Implementation Of The Training, But The Content Cannot Be Entirely Produced By Artificial Intelligence. If Artificial Intelligence Is Used In Planning And Implementation, Its Usage Must Be Properly Documented. Content Of Procurement The Expert Service Must Include At Least The Following Sections: 1. Cooperation Model Between The Customer And The Implementer. 2. Implementation Plan For Trainings And Workshops In Cooperation With The Customer (And, In The Case Of Company-Specific Workshops, The Client Company). 3. Preliminary Schedule Of Trainings. 4. The Hourly Price Of A Possible Additional Purchase. As A Reverse Contract, I.E. The Purchase Price Is Fixed (+ Vat 25.5%) By Educational Unit: 1. Artificial Intelligence In The Creative Economy Trainings/Workshops For Personnel (Open Training): €34,000 (Vat 0%), Which Is Divided Into The Artificial Intelligence In The Creative Industry Business Section (Section A, 17,000 E) And The Artificial Intelligence In The Creative Industry Content Production Section (Section B, 17,000 E)2. Integrations Into Processes And Artificial Intelligence Agents Workshops For Personnel (Customized Training For Companies/Organizations): Option 0–9 Training Days For All Participating Companies In Total. The Price Of One Training Day Is €1,200 (Vat 0%). The Maximum Value Of The Whole Is €10,800 (Vat 0%). The Workshops Are Ordered Separately According To The Subscribers Notification And Are Billed Based On The Completed Training Days. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Ordering Workshops. The Service Provider Will Be Chosen As The Implementer, Whose Training Packages Receive The Best Points In The Quality Comparison Based On The Implementation Plan And The Trainers Cv.
