The City Of Savonlinna Requests Bids In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Attachments. Through Competition, Workforce Training Is Acquired In Accordance With Chapter 7 Of The Act On The Organization Of Employment Services (380/2023). The Training Is Intended For Unemployed And Job Seekers In The Transport Industry Who Are At Risk Of Unemployment And Have Previously Completed A Professional Qualification Either Based On A Driving License Or A Basic Professional Qualification Completed In Training. Promotion Of Employment. The Training Gives The Student The Skills To Master Road Traffic Legislation As Well As Safe And Economical Transportation And To Act Responsibly In His Work Duties And In Traffic. The Attachments To The Tender Request Can Be Found In The Attachments And Links Section Of The Tender Request. The Minimum Duration Of The Training Is Ten (10) Days, Including Five (5) Days Of Further Driver Training According To The Needs Of The Customer Target Group And Working Life. In Addition, The Training Includes The Possibility Of Practical Driving Practice (Maximum 7 Hours) For Those Students Who Need It. The Planned Actual Implementation Period/Contract Period Of The Training Is 1 October 2026-31 December 2027. The Procurement Includes Options For Two (2) Additional Contract Periods Of One (1) Year, Which Take Place Between January 1 And December 31, 2028 And January 1 And December 31, 2029. The Anticipated Value Of The Procured Service (123,000 Eur) Falls Below The Threshold Value According To § 25 Of The Act On Public Procurement And License Agreements (1397/2016). The Anticipated Value Includes The Actual Contract Period (53,000 Eur) And Two Additional Contract Periods (35,000+35,000 Eur).
