The Object Of The Demolition Work Is An Old Middle School Located In Joutsa, Koulutie 3. The Work Also Includes Earthworks Of The Object. The Building Was Built In 1970. The Building Has A Gymnasium And Former Craft Classes, Which Are No Longer In Use. Contract Period July 2026 - October 2026. The Offer Is Given Vat 0%, As A Total Price Contract. Before The Start Of Demolition Work On The Sites, A Demolition Work Inspection Is Carried Out With The Customer And The Contractor. The Demolition Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor. Obligation To Familiarize The Site The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With The Site On Site Before Submitting The Offer. Inspection Is Possible On Weekdays Between 4 May 2026 And 7 April 2026.
