The Ministry Of Education And Culture Participates In The Oecds Pisa 2029 Research Project, Which Is A Joint Research Program Of Oecd Member Countries And Which Produces Information On The State And Results Of Education And Learning Outside Of School In An International Reference Framework. The Offer Is Requested For The Implementation Of The Finnish Part Of The Oecds Pisa 2029 Research Project. The Ministry Of Education And Culture Is Looking For An Implementer Of The Finnish Part Of The Research Project With Overall Responsibility. Based On The Competition, One Supplier Is Selected, With Whom The Customer Signs A Contract For The Service To Be Procured. We Are Asking For Your Views On The Following Issues:1.
