This Request For Expression Of Interest (Reoi – Ocs – 2026-01) Constitutes The First Phase Of A Two-Phase Tender Procedure. The Goal Is To Identify And Prequalify Contractors With Clear, Demonstrable Experience And Qualifications, Who Will Then Be Invited To Participate In The Subsequent Request For Proposal (Rfp).
