Tenders Are Invited For Design For The New Construction Of A Daycare Center In Aalter

From Finalizing The Approved Preliminary Designs, Applying For The Environmental Permit, Drawing Up The Specifications, Bills Of Quantities And Advising On The Qualitative Selection Of The Contractors, The Comparative Investigation Of The Quotations With The Award Advice, The Management And Control Of The Execution Of The Works Up To And Including The Final Delivery Of The Construction Project. Supervision Of New Construction Works Includes Stability, Special Techniques And All Other Necessary Work. The Designer Undertakes To Regularly Inform The Contracting Authority About All Stages Of Design And Implementation Of The Works. To This End, Meetings Are Held At Regular And Agreed Times, At Which The Designer Submits The Necessary Sketches, Technical Notes And Documentation In 3 Copies. The Minutes Of These Meetings Are Drawn Up By The Designer And Submitted To The Contracting Authority Within 2 Working Days. At Every Stage Of The Execution Of The Assignment, The Designer Remains In Close Contact With The Contracting Authority To Give The Latter The Opportunity To Adjust Its Wishes Regarding The Program Of Requirements, The Concept, The Nature Of The Materials And The Like. The Assignment Will Be Fulfilled By The Designer In Close Cooperation With The Parties Involved And Taking Into Account All Instructions And Decisions Given By The Contracting Authority During The Site Meetings Or Communicated To The Designer In Writing.
