In The Case Of Major Renovations And New Buildings, Separate Tenders Will Be Conducted Via Mercell. The Estimated Contract Value Is Nok 15,000,000 Ex. Vat Per Year, With An Upper Limit Of Nok 20,000,000 Ex. Vat Per Year, Depending On The Municipalitys Allocations. The Client Is Not Obliged To Purchase Services For This Entire Sum. A Detailed Description Of The Delivery Can Be Found In 02 (Requirement Specification). The Contract Period Is 2 Years, With An Option To Extend For A Further 1+1 Years, So That The Total Duration Can Be Up To Four Years. The Option Is Triggered Automatically, Unless The Client Gives Written Notice At Least Two Months Before The Option Period Starts. In The Event Of A Tender, Assignments Will First Be Offered To The Supplier Who Has The Best Relationship Between Quality, Price And Environment, Based On The Award Criteria. The Supplier Has 24 Hours To Confirm The Assignment. If The Assignment Is Not Confirmed, Or The Supplier Cannot Carry Out The Work, The Assignment Is Offered To The Next Supplier On The List. The Supplier Who Has Delivered The Most Advantageous Offer Will Be Responsible For All On-Call Readiness. The Client Can Also Choose To Conduct Mini-Competitions Between The Three Selected Suppliers. The Agreement Covers Buildings In Kristiansund Municipality, Including Schools, Kindergartens, Sports Buildings, Residential Buildings, Technical Buildings And Administration And Office Buildings. All The Buildings Are In Use, And The Work Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Disrupts The Day-To-Day Operations As Little As Possible. The Client Assumes That No Rigging Areas Are Established, As The Works Are Considered To Be So Small That You Carry With You The Equipment You Need At All Times. The Suppliers Cannot Expect To Store Equipment In The Buildings Covered By The Agreement.
