The Assignment Is Described In More Detail In Part Iii Of The Tender Documents. The Agreement Has A Duration Of 2 Years From 01.09.2026, Or From The Date Of Signing If This Occurs Later. The Agreement Can Be Extended By The Client By 1+1+1 Years. The Agreement Has A Maximum Duration Of 5 Years From The Start Date, Including Extensions. The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Competition If There Is A Factual Reason, For Example In Case Of Loss Of Planned Funding Or Lack Of Approval From Political Or Military Quarters
