The Subject Of The Order Includes: The Supply Of Low Voltage Net Active Electrical Energy And The Performance Of The Functions Of A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For The Needs Of Csmp-Plovdiv, In Relation To The Specifically Indicated In The Technical Specification / Appendix To The Order Documentation/ Objects Of Csmp - Plovdiv, With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Assuming The Costs Of Imbalances, Including And Provision Of Demand Forecasting Service, Preparation And Submission Of Load Schedules By The Coordinator Of The Balancing Group, Taking Responsibility For Balancing And All Activities Related To The Participation Of The Contracting Authority In The Liberalized Electricity Market. The Estimated Amount Of Delivered Net Active Electrical Energy For 12 /Twelve/ Months, Determined On The Basis Of Measured Amounts Of Electrical Energy Consumed During The Previous 12-Month Period, Is Between 155 And 170 Mwh /Megawatt Hours/ For All Specified Sites Of The Contracting Authority. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimated And Serve To Calculate The Estimated Value Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound To Exhaust The Indicated Estimated Quantity And Maximum Permissible Value. The Final Price For The Supply Of Electricity Is Formed On The Basis Of The Average Monthly Price Of Base Load For The Relevant Month, Published By Bneb, To Which Is Added The Fixed Allowance Per Mwh Proposed By The Participant (Without Vat), Plus The Regulatory Prices Determined By Kevr For Network Services, Plus The Obligation To Society Fee And Excise Tax.
