It Is Planned To Replace A Compromised Timber Truss, Install Timber Cladding, Waterproofing, Install A New Double Plank Grate, Face Boards, Eaves, Shingles And Hoods, Render Chimneys, New Sheet Metal Cladding And Chimney Caps. A Detailed Description Of All Planned Activities And Their Volume Is Contained In The Technical Specification Attached To This Documentation. Requirements Of The Beautiful Bulgaria Project: The Contractor Selected Must Ensure The Employment Of Unemployed Persons Registered In The Dbt During The Implementation Of The Object, Who Are Part Of The General Composition Of Workers, Subject To The Following Requirements: A) In The Case Of A 4 (Four) Month Term For The Execution Of The Smr Contract: • Ensures 21 Man-Months Of Work Put In By The Total Number Of Workers For The Duration Of The Smr Contract, Maintaining An Average Of 6 Workers On The Site Per Month On A Labor Contract; • Compulsorily Provides 8 Man-Months Of Work Performed By Unemployed Persons Hired By Dbt, Regardless Of Their Qualifications, For The Duration Of The Smr Contract, Maintaining An Average Of 2 Unemployed Persons Per Month On A Labor Contract. B) The Number Of The Total Number Of Workers, Including And Of The Unemployed Were Calculated On The Basis Of The Expert Assessment Prepared For The Site. The Contractor Selected Must Ensure The Payment Of Wages And The Payment Of Insurance Contributions, Based On A Minimum Monthly Amount Of The Insurance Income For Basic Economic Activities And Qualification Groups Of Professions, According To Appendix No. 1 Of The Law On The State Public Insurance Budget. The Contractor Selected Must Ensure A Realistic Ratio Of Skilled To Unskilled Workers. The Contractor Selected Must Provide Insurance (Valid For The Entire Period Of The Smr Contract) Under The Ordinance On Compulsory Insurance Of Workers And Employees For The Risk Of Occupational Accident For All Workers At The Site, Incl. Of Employed Unemployed Persons.
