In Carrying Out The Activities On The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Shall Provide The Contracting Authority With: - Technical Passport Of The Site/Construction For Which He Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction; - Final Report To The Contracting Authority, According To The Requirements Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of Zut, After Completion Of The Construction And Assembly Works For The Construction, For Which The Contractor Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction. Time Frame For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order - From Signing The Protocol For The Opening Of A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And New Construction - Appendix No. 2 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction - Until The Completion Of The Construction Works On The Site And The Issuance Of A Certificate For Commissioning. Place Of Performance - The Construction Supervision, Subject Of The Order, Will Be Performed In The Town Hall Building, Located At Dimitar Blagoev Street #2, Simeonovo Village, Tundzha Municipality. * At The Time Of Announcing The Public Procurement In Accordance With Article 20, Paragraph 2, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, No Funding Has Been Secured, Given That, On The Basis Of Article 114 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Announces The Public Procurement With A Condition, Respectively A Clause In The Contract For Deferred Performance. The Implementation Of The Activities Subject To The Order Will Begin After Written Confirmation By The Contracting Authority Of Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee.
