The Activities Subject To The Public Procurement Are Related To: - Exercise Of Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act (Spa) During The Construction Of The Site In Volume And Scope According To The Requirements Of The Spatial Planning Act And The Relevant By-Laws And In Accordance With The Approved Investment Project And The Contract For The Execution Of The Assigned Smr; - Preparation Of A Final Report To The Contracting Authority, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; - Preparation Of A Technical Passport Of The Site, According To Art. 176A And Art. 176B Of The Zut And In The Scope Specified In Article 4 Of Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Constructions, Issued By The Ministry Of Regional Development And Public Works (Mrrd, Promulgated, Sg No. 7/2007); - Preparation Of All Necessary Control Geodetic Surveys, Incl. Preparation Of A Project For Amending The Regulatory Plan (If Necessary) And Preparation Of The Necessary Documentation For The Acceptance Of The Object By The Contracting Authority, As Well As Its Commissioning. - Putting The Facility Into Operation, Through Qualified Specialists Appointed To Supervise The Relevant Project Parts. Expected Result Of Execution Of The Order Ensuring High-Quality, Executed, Tested And Accepted Construction Works That Meet The Requirements Of The Employer, The Conditions Of The Construction Contract, As Well As The Provisions Of The Bulgarian Legislation In The Field Of Construction. 137, Paragraph 1, Item 4, B) Of The Civil Code And In Connection With Art. 8, Para. 1 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of July 30, 2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types.
