According To The Provision Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 8 Of The Copyright And Related Rights Act (Zapsp), The Subject Of Copyright Is Any Work Of Literature, Art And Science That Is The Result Of Creative Activity And Is Expressed In Any Way And In Any Objective Form, Such As Projects, Maps, Schemes, Plans And Others Relating To Architecture, Territorial Planning, Geography, Topography, Museum Work And Any Field Of Science And The Technique. According To Art. 2 Of The Zapsp, The Copyright On Works Of Art And Science Arises For The Author With The Creation Of The Work. The Prepared Investment Project For The Object, The Subject Of The Order Under The Relevant Separate Item, Undoubtedly Represents An Object Of Copyright Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 8 In Connection With Art. 2 Of The Zapsp. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 162, Para. 2 Of The Zut And In Order To Protect The Right Of Intellectual Property On The Investment Project, The Obligation To Exercise Copyright Supervision Should Be Imputed To Its Author.
