The Current Order Awarded By Applying The Order Of Award Collection Of Bids With Announcement Of Value Under Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Plo Has The Subject: Delivery Of A Mobile Stage, Lighting And Sound. The Selection Is Based On Art. 20, Paragraph 3, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act With Regard To The Estimated Value Of The Order And Aims To Comply With The Legal Rules And Ensure Transparency In The Awarding By The Contracting Authority Under Article 5, Paragraph 2, Item 9 Of The Public Procurement Act. In Relation To The Conditions For Conducting The Award, Not Regulated In The Complete Documentation For Participation, The Provisions Of The Ppa, The Rules For The Implementation Of The Ppa (Ppppa), As Well As The Relevant National And International Normative Acts (Laws And By-Laws) Regulating The Activities Of The Scope Of The Award, According To The Specifics Of The Object Of Delivery, Including Those Related To The Various Hypotheses Of Participation Of Specific Business Entities - Local And/Or Foreign Natural And/Or Legal Entities, Compared To Administrative - The Legal Framework, The Legal Personality And The Technical Capabilities For Which The Relevant And Applicable Regulations, Registration And Licensing Regimes Are Relevant. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement, Contained In A Separate Document That Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
