The Contractor Must Provide The Complete Design-Build Work As Described In This Tender. A Full Range Of Professional Consultant And Contractor Services Will Be Required During Both The Design And Construction Phases Of The Project. The Work For This Project Will Also Include, But Is Not Limited To, Hazardous Building Material Assessments, Abatement And Disposal And A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment For Each Site. Although Site Visits Are Optional, Attendance Is Highly Recommended, As Locating These Radio Towers May Be Challenging.
