A Detailed List Of Works Includes A Bill Of Quantities, Which Is An Element Of The Technical Documentation Constituting An Annex To This Swz. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Prepare And Submit To The Ordering Party As-Built Documentation Prepared In Polish Or With A Translation Into Polish, Confirming The Fulfillment Of All Parameters Referred To In This Procedure, Including The Requirements Specified In The Technical Documentation (Data Sheets, Certificates, Declarations, Reports Or Research/Test Reports) And Documents Confirming The Manufacturers Warranty Period Materials, All Materials Included In The Order Should Be Brand New And Unused, Unfabricated And Unregenerated, Free From Defects And Rights Of Third Parties. Each Building Material Must Have An Appropriate Shelf Life, Be Of Good Quality And Have The Certificates Required By Polish Law Allowing Its Use On The Polish Market. All Building Materials Must Comply With The Standards In Force In Poland And The European Union. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials And Devices Previously Approved By The Ordering Party For Installation. Detailed Condition
