The Investment Includes Construction, Installation And Finishing Works As Well As Works Related To Land Development And Technical Infrastructure, Aimed At The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Existing Building Of The Krzywcza Commune Office And The Creation Of A Protective Structure In The Basement - A U1 Category Hiding Place. The Task Is Co-Financed As Part Of The Tasks Of Local Government Units In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship In 2026, Resulting From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025–2026 - In The Field Of Construction Investments. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Execution Of Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, In Particular: Land Development, Architectural And Construction, Technical And Executive Designs, As Well As The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Building Of The Krzywcza Commune Office And In Its Immediate Surroundings, In The Area Covered By The Investment. The Task Includes The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Administrative Building, Along With The Adaptation Of Selected Basement Rooms To The Function Of A Hiding Place For Protected Persons. The Designed Hiding Place Is To Ensure Appropriate Protective, Technical, Sanitary And Operational Conditions, Including The Basic, Communication, Technical And Social Zones. In Particular, It Is Planned To Construct Hiding Rooms, Technical Facilities, Energy Storage, Server Room, Communication And An Emergency Exit In The Form Of A Tunnel/Passage. According To Stwiorb, The Hiding Place Was Designed For 30 People, With A Protection Period Of Up To 48 Hours. The Task Is Divided Into Qualified Works (Covered By The Project Co-Financing Agreement) And Non-Qualified Works (Settled From The Budget Of The Krzywcza Commune). Qualified Works Include The Scope Related To The Construction And Adaptation Of The Hiding Place, I.E. Rooms No. 011, 013, 014, 016, 017, 018 And 019, Located In The Basement Of The Building. The Scope Of Qualified Works Includes In Particular: Earthworks; Construction Of Foundations – Structure; Insulation Of Foundations; Reinforced Concrete Structures; Masonry Storeys; Structure Reinforcement; Construction Of Floors And Coverings; Construction Of Walls And Ceilings; Installation Of Joinery And Joinery; Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Elements; Construction Of A Flat Roof For An Emergency Exit; Execution Of Water Supply Installation; Execution Of Sewage Installation; Installation Of Central Heating; Implementation Of Mechanical Ventilation; Execution Of External Mechanical Ventilation; Construction Of An Energy Storage Facility; Delivery And Installation Of A Power Generator; Execution Of Electrical Installation; Construction Of A Fender Plate - Bands.
