The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Marking Out The Canal Route And Characteristic Points (Surveying Services), - Security, Disassembly And Demolition Works, - Earthworks, - Location Of Underground Utilities And Their Protection, - Laying And Installation Of 400 Mm Pvc Pipes In The Trench, - Installation Of Concrete And Plastic Sewage Wells, - Connection To Existing Wells, - Switching Of Existing Storm Drains, - Drainage Excavations, - Performance Of A Tightness Test, - Reconstruction Of The Surface, - Removal, Disposal, - Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Under An Employment Relationship All Persons Performing Construction Works Under The Supervision Of The Construction Manager. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Contractor Are Indicated In The Documentation, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials Described. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. If The Order Documents Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Manufacturer Or Specific Origin Of The Product, It Should Be Assumed That These Items Contain The Entry Or Equivalent. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor Shall Demonstrate Equivalence By Any (Reliable) Means. Failure To Demonstrate Equivalence Results In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.
