3.1 The Order Is Related To The Implementation Of A Task Called Co-Financing Of Construction Works In Rehabilitation Facilities Consisting Of Renovation Of The Facade And Roof Covering Along With Insulation Of The Foundation Walls Of The Historic Building Of The Manor House In The Social Welfare Home In Wygnanowice. The Order Is Co-Financed From Pfron Funds In Connection With The Contract No. Dzr.Ks.4061.8.2025 Of April 2, 2025.3.2. The Order Is Awarded In Parts. The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Renovation Of The Facade And Insulation Of The Foundation Walls Of A Historic Manor House In The Manor And Park Complex In Wygnanowice (Social Welfare Home In Wygnanowice). The Renovation Of The Roof Covering Of The Historic Manor House In The Social Welfare Home In Wygnanowice Was Carried Out In 2025 And Is Not The Subject Of This Order. 3.3 Elements Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: A. Renovation Of The Facade, B. Insulation Of The Foundations.3.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annex To The Swz, Which Includes The Design Documentation Of The Entire Construction Project. The Design Documentation Specifies A Broader Scope Than The Subject Of The Order (The Documentation Covers The Renovation Of The Facade And Roofing Along With The Insulation Of Foundation Walls). The Scope Of Works Covered By This Order Is Indicated In A Separate Folder Containing, Among Others: Bill Of Quantities For This Order. 3.5. The Contractor To Whom The Order Is Awarded Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Period Declared In The Offer. The Minimum Required Warranty And Guarantee Period For The Works Performed Is 36 Months. The Contractor May Propose A Longer Period, Extending The Minimum Period By An Additional 12 Or A Maximum Of 24 Months, Which Will Be Taken Into Account When Evaluating And Examining Offers In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Bid Evaluation Criteria Chapter. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee In Writing. 3.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. The Order May Be Performed With The Participation Of Subcontractors.3.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Tender Form The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Companies (Company Name) Of The Subcontractors. If The Contract Is Signed, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide, If Already Known, The Names And Contact Details Of Subcontractors And Contact Persons Involved In The Execution Of The Order Before Commencing The Execution Of The Order. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About Any Changes In Data Regarding Subcontractors, As Well As Provide Information About New Subcontractors To Whom It Later Intends To Entrust The Execution Of The Order.
