Wojsławicka 8B The Subject Of The Order Is Thermal Insulation Of The External Roof Surface As Part Of The Investment Titled Reconstruction Of The Building At Ul. Wojsławicka 8B, Including The Implementation Of A Complete, Jointless Roof Thermal And Waterproofing System Using Pur Spray Technology With A Silicone Coating And A Protective Layer Of Granules, As Well As All Accompanying, Reconstruction, Security And Documentation Works Necessary For The Proper Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of The Substrate, Including Its Cleaning, Removal Of Contamination And Execution Local Repairs, 2) Implementation Of Thermal Insulation From Polyurethane Foam (Pur) Using The Spraying Method, 3) Implementation Of A Silicone Waterproofing Coating, 4) Implementation Of A Protective Layer Of Granules, 5) Processing Of Details And System Seals, Including At Parapets, Inlets, Installation Passages And Protruding Elements, 6) Protection Of Building Elements, Facades, Joinery, Installations And Third Parties During The Works, 7) Execution Accompanying And Replacement Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, 8) Performing The Required Examinations, Measurements, Tests, Quality Control And As-Built Documentation, 9) Granting A Warranty And Performing Warranty Obligations In Accordance With The Order Documents. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Opz, Stwiorb, Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Law.
