The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Necessary Permits Regarding The Documentation Prepared In This Way For The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Task Construction Of A Multi-Functional Building In Chechle. 2. The Scope Of Preparation Of The Above-Mentioned Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Includes The Preparation Of: A) A Construction Design Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Which Includes: 1) Plot Or Area Development Design (Pzt), 2) Architectural And Construction Design (Pab), 3) Technical Design (Pt), B) Bill Of Quantities, C) Investors Cost Estimate, D) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, I.E. Complete Documentation Necessary To Select A Contractor And Perform Construction Works Aimed At Constructing A Multi-Functional Building In Chechle In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Construction Law And All Related Industry Regulations. 3. As Part Of The Development Of The Design Documentation That Is The Subject Of The Order, The Following Is Planned: 1) Development Of 3 Design Concepts In The Field Of Building And Land Development, 2) Development Of A Construction Design, 3) Development Of A Technical And Executive Design - The Ordering Party Allows The Preparation Of A Technical Design In Conjunction With The Executive Design, However, The Technical Design Must Be Prepared In Detail In The Detailed Design Of The Executive Design, 4) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 5) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates Based On Pt-Pw.6) Preparation Of Applications For The Issuance Of Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Decisions,7) Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Decisions Enabling Obtaining A Building Permit And Derogations (If It Is Necessary To Obtain Derogations),8) Assistance In Obtaining A Building Permit, Including Preparation Of A Response In The Event Of Receiving A Decision On The Need To Supplement The Deficiencies In The Application, 9) Preparation Of Unmentioned Design Studies Related To The Requirements Of The Reviewing Bodies, But Not Exceeding The Subject Matter Contract.10) The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Monthly Report On The Progress Of Work Related To The Subject Of The Contract.4.
