The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Warehouse Building On Plot No. 1/2 Within Biała Piska - A City For Civil Defense Purposes With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure In The Town Of Biała Piska. The Investment Is Planned To Be Implemented In Two Stages (Stage 1 In 2026, Stage 2 In 2027). 2. The Scope Of Works In Stage 1 In 2026 Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Specified Below, Constituting Part Of The Entire Investment Project, I.E.: A) Earthworks, B) Foundations, C) Foundation, Above-Ground Structural And Partition Walls, D) Ceilings, Columns, Beams, Ventilation Chimneys, E) Roof Truss With Covering, F) Window And Door Joinery, G) Internal Wall Insulation, H) Internal Plasters And Wall Cladding, Substrates And Floors, Attic Floor, I) Painting Inside The Building. 3. The Scope Of Works In Stage 2 In 2027 Includes The Execution Of Other Construction Works, I.E.: A) Electrical, Heating And Sanitary Works, B) Façade And Roof Insulation, C) Land Development.4. The Detailed Scope Of Work Was Included In The Documentation, I.E. In: 1) Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, 2) Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, 3) Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 5. Due To The Lump Sum Remuneration, The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order Within The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order. 7. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Land Development Design, Detailed Technical Specifications Or Bill Of Quantities, I.E. Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Contain A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And 3 Of The Act, And Such A Reference Was Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Approval, Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act, The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104 - 107 Of The Act, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 8. The Investment Is Implemented As Part Of The Subsidy Received To Co-Finance Own Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense In Accordance With The Civil Protection
