The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Ice Rink With Roller Skating Function, Dimensions 20.0 M X 32.5 M In The Design And Build Method, Along With: • Hardening Of The Area For Communication Around The Ice Rink; • Places For Placing Ice Rink Service Containers; • Containers For Technical Support; • Electrical Installations, Sanitary Sewage, Storm Sewage, Water Supply; • Refrigeration Unit; • Small Architecture. The Facility Is Located On Plot No. 2177/1 In The Town Of Łęczna, Commune. Łęczna, The Area Is Located In The Monument Conservators Protection Zone. The Attached Functional And Utility Program Has Been Agreed With The Lublin Provincial Monument Conservator (Appendix No. 12 To Swz).2. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In: Functional And Utility Program, Draft Contract, Cost Calculation Of Construction Works And Design Works.3. If The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In The Swz Or Any Annex To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party To Be Achieved Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Aimed To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogues, Manufacturers Websites, Etc. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution.4.
