1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Ordering Party Consisting In The Renovation And Maintenance Of Forest Roads In The Radomsko Forest District. The Contract In Question Is A Contract For Construction Works And In Accordance With Art. 103 Pzp, The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.2. Scope Of Maintenance Works: Maintenance Works Will Include Construction Works Consisting In The Maintenance Of Roads And Permanent Forest Trails In Order To Maintain Them In Good Technical Condition, Protect Against Too Rapid Wear, While Maintaining Their Current Purpose. The Works Are Aimed At Maintaining Permanent Roads And Forest Trails In Good Technical And Operational Condition. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In Sections Or In Spots In Places Where There Are Defects, Potholes Or Ruts. The Scope Of Maintenance Works Includes: • Profiling And Compacting The Subfloor In Places With Ruts And Potholes, • Laying The Lower Layer Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate 0/63 Mm, 10 Cm Thick, • Laying The Upper Layer Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate 0/31.5 Mm, 8 Cm Thick, With Reconveyance Of The Surface, • Appropriate Compaction Of The Aggregate Mixture, • Manual Spreading Of The Native Soil On The Roadsides. Existing Exits From Forest Roads And Public Roads Should Be Maintained. Maintaining Exits From Forest Roads To Side, Main Or Public Roads Involves Maintaining The Possibility Of Using Them By High-Tonnage Trucks, Mainly Used For Transporting Wood. 3. Scope Of Renovation Works: Renovation Works Will Include Construction Works Consisting In Restoring The Original Condition Of Existing Roads And Restoring Previous Road Parameters. The Works Will Consist In Repairing Worn Or Damaged Road Elements While Maintaining Its Existing Parameters, Including Load-Bearing Capacity, Surface Structure And Route Geometry. Road Renovation Does Not Increase The Technical Parameters Of The Road, But Only Restores Its Original Condition. It Is Allowed To Use Building Materials Other Than Those Used In The Original State. As A Result Of Using These Materials, The Technical Parameters Of The Existing Road Cannot Be Increased. Renovation Works May Include, For Example, Replacement Of Road Structure Elements. The Scope Of Renovation Works Includes: • Construction Of A Roadbed Along The Entire Width Of The Road And Shoulders, I.E. Removal Of Topsoil, Turf, Loose Soil With An Average Thickness Of 10 Cm, • Profiling And Compaction Of The Subgrade, • Laying The Lower Layer Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate 0/63 Mm, 10 Cm Thick, • Laying The Upper Layer Of Crushed Aggregate Mechanically Stabilized 0/31.5 Mm, 8 Cm Thick, With Rebending Of The Surface, • Appropriate Compaction Of The Aggregate Mixture, • Manual Spreading Of Native Soil On The Roadsides.
