The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Lighting In Part Of The Building At Ul. Sienkiewicza 37. In Particular, The Order Includes: Disassembly And Disposal Of Existing Fixtures; Installation Of Lighting Fixtures: Preparation Of The Substrate;  Installation Of Luminaires With Connection; A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Tor. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To This Swz (Annex No. 1 To The Swz) Is Only An Auxiliary Element That Facilitates The Preparation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Calculations Based On The Attached Technical Documentation, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And Annexes To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Document And Does Not Exempt The Contractor From Carrying Out An On-Site Inspection, But The Employer Specifies That An On-Site Inspection Is Not Obligatory. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works At His Own Expense And Risk. This Procedure Has Not Been Divided Into Parts Because It Constitutes An Inseparable Whole For Technical, Organizational And Economic Reasons.
