Work Detail
The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Renovation Works On Forest Roads And Engineering Structures, Aimed At Removing Damage Caused By Rainwater As A Result Of The 2024 Flood. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Forest Areas Managed By The Employer - Part 1: Forestry 02 Jemna. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Into Parts, Taking Into Account The Territorial Division Of The Unit Into Forestry Areas And The Specific Nature Of The Renovation Works. This Division Is Intended To Improve The Implementation Of Works And Increase Competitiveness By Enabling The Participation Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises. Within Each Part Of The Order (According To The Location And Bill Of Quantities), The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Following Works: - Partial Repair Of The Surface: Filling The Gaps, Leveling And Compacting Damaged Sections Of Forest Roads Using Crushed Aggregate. - Installation Of Water Drains: Delivery And Installation Of New Vinyl Waterfalls With Appropriate Embedding In The Road Body. - Cleaning Of Roadside Ditches: Restoring The Patency Of The Ditches By Removing Silt, Blockages And Vegetation Obstructing The Flow Of Water. - Repair Of Stone Fords: Reconstruction Of The Ford Structure Using Natural Stone, Ensuring A Stable Passage Through Watercourses. - Stream Development And Stone Riprap: Construction Of Bank And Bottom Reinforcements In Places Washed Out Using Riprap Stone (Heavy Crushed Stone).-Reconstruction Of Retaining Walls: Repair Or Complete Reconstruction Of Damaged Retaining Walls At Culverts (Stone Or Concrete Structures).-Renovation Of A Wooden Bridge: Repair Or Replacement Of Damaged Elements Of The Wooden Surface (Deck) Of The Bridge Structure. Conditions For Carrying Out The Works: - Rules For Carrying Out The Works: The Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice, Technical Documentation (If Applicable) And Field Instructions Of The Employers Staff. - Materials: All Materials Used To Complete The Order (Aggregate, Vinyl Water Drains, Stone, Wood) Must Have Appropriate Approvals And Quality Certificates. - Work Area: The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Specificity Of Work In The Forest Area (Possible Access Difficulties, The Need To Maintain Road Passability For Forest Services).-Environmental Protection: Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Minimizes The Negative Impact On The Forest Ecosystem And Stream Beds.-Acceptances: The Basis For The Settlement Of A Given Part Of The Order Will Be The Final Acceptance Report, Confirming The Execution Of Works In Accordance With The As-Built Measurements. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Technical Documentation (Appendix No. 8 To Swz), Which Consists Of: - Technical Specification, - Bills Of Quantities, - Indicative Maps (Locations Of Objects With Coordinates).
