Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Backhoe Loader

The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader, Year Of Production At Least 2025, Together With Accessories And The Provision Of Warranty Service, Warranty Inspections And Training Of Staff Designated By The Ordering Party. During The Warranty Period, All Repair Costs, Including Travel, Costs Of Materials And Spare Parts, With The Exception Of Materials And Consumable Parts Subject To Natural Wear And Tear, Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Should Provide Authorized Warranty Service. The Ordering Party Requires That The Post-Warranty Service Be Located In Poland, Up To A Maximum Of 100 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Backhoe Loader Should Meet The Requirements For Driving On Public Roads, In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, Including Having A Ce Mark Certificate. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of A Task Applying For Funding From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program.
