The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Modernization Of The Village Community Center Building Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, On Plot No. 101/1, In Sikory, Bielany Commune. The Project Assumes: 1) Expansion Of The Existing Building - Enlarging The Usable Area Of The Common Room From 80 M² To Approximately 140 M² By Adding Additional Rooms And Rebuilding Existing Structural Walls, 2) Earthworks, Preparatory Works And Tidying Up The Area, 3) Construction And Construction Works, Modernization Of The Building Structure And Roof, 4) Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Electrical, Water Supply, Sewage And Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning,5) Finishing Works (Flooring, Plastering, Painting Walls And Ceilings, Installation Of Windows And Doors, Facade Works With Insulation),6) Construction Of Parking Lots (3 Parking Spaces).2. The Ordering Party Provides The Bills Of Quantities. The Amount Of Work Should Be Determined Based On The Design Documentation. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Element. When Determining The Scope Of Work, Remember That The Priority Is The Construction Design, Then The Detailed Design, And The Lowest In The Hierarchy Of Documents Defining The Scope Of Work Are The Bill Of Quantities. Therefore, In A Situation Where The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Include Any Works, But They Are Specified In The Construction Design, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Them For The Amount Specified In The Offer.
