The Ordering Party Orders And The Contractor Accepts A Public Order Consisting In The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Called Modernization With Reconstruction Of Office Rooms In The Building Of The Lutomiersk City And Commune Office, Pl. Jana Pawła Ii 12 (Case Reference Number: Riir.271.2.2026). 4.2. Description Of The Investment: The Scope Of The Project Includes The Reconstruction Of Office And Sanitary Rooms In The Building Of The Lutomiersk City And Commune Office, Located On Plots No. 324/1, 324/2, 329.2, Pl. Jana Pawła Ii 12 In Lutomiersk In The Lutomiersk Commune. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Adaptation Of Existing Rooms To The Current Functional Needs Of The Ordering Party And Applicable Legal Regulations, Including Technical And Construction Regulations, Fire Protection, Sanitary Regulations And Regulations Regarding Accessibility For People With Disabilities. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: - Preparatory And Demolition Works: • Dismantling Of Existing Partition Walls, • Dismantling Of Door Joinery, • Dismantling Of Installations To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Task, • Securing Existing Building Elements. - Construction Works: • Construction Of New Partition Walls, • Plastering, Plastering And Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, • Construction Of Suspended Ceilings, • Replacement Or Installation Of Door Joinery, • Construction Of New Floors And Floor Coverings. - Installations: • Installation Of Electrical Installations (Including Lighting, Sockets, Structured Cabling), • Installation Of Telecommunications Installations, • Installation Of Sanitary Installations, • Installation Of Ventilation Installations. - Finishing Works: • Painting Walls And Ceilings, • Installation Of Permanent Equipment Elements (System Walls), • Marking Of Rooms. - Delivery And Installation Of An Elevator For The Disabled. The Approximate Location Of The Investment Is Indicated On The Attached Map - Annex No. 10 To Swz. The Task Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Final Building Permit No. 79/2026, Ref. No.: Ab-K.6740.28.2026.Ml Of March 6, 2026 Issued By The Starosta Of Pabianice County (Attached To The Swz). The Task Of Installing A Lift/Elevator For The Disabled (Earthworks) Will Be Carried Out Under Archaeological Supervision, The Cost Of Which Is Borne By The Ordering Party.
