1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Hardening Of The Area Along Building No. 19, The Design And Construction Of 4+1 Charging Stations For Electric Vehicles Near Building No. 7, The Design And Renovation Of The Fender Strip Along Building A, On The Premises Of The Kwp In Krakow At Ul. Mogilska 109 On Plot No. 31/3, Precinct: 0016, Unit Cadastral 126105_9 Śródmieście. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A) Development Of A Technical Design For The Above Order, B) Inventory Of Underground Utilities And Their Protection For The Period Of Work, C) Performance Of Construction, Road And Installation Works, D) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (Including Geodetic Inventory) 3) At Each Stage Of Design, The Documentation Should Be Agreed With The Relevant Designated Industry Inspectors Of The Investment And Renovation Department Kwp In Kraków. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Make Ongoing Arrangements And Cooperate During The Development Of The Documentation In Question. The Ordering Party Also Expects That The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Ordering Partys Suggestions Regarding The Functionality And Standard Of Materials. In This Respect, It Is Prohibited For The Contractor To Uncritically And Unjustifiably Impose Its Design Solutions Without The Approval Of The Ordering Party. 4) The Scope Of The Order Also Includes All Necessary Expertise, Opinions, Declarations, Consents, Resolutions And Decisions, As Well As Research That The Ordering Party Did Not Specify In The Swz And Which May Be Necessary Or Required At The Stage Of Design And/Or Implementation Of Construction Works. 5) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Scopes And Amounts Of Work For Individual Industries Included In The Annex To The Fup Are Only Intended To Help Determine The Lump Sum Amount For The Above-Mentioned Renovation. The Quantities Given In This Study Are Indicative And Auxiliary.6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply All Applicable Legal Acts And Polish Standards During Design And Construction Works. The Failure To Specify Them By The Ordering Party In The Study In Question Does Not Exempt The Contractor From Their Use. The Ordering Party Requires Design And Construction Works To Be Carried Out In Accordance With Technical Knowledge. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Described In The Order Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law.7) The Ordering Party Will Require The Conclusion Of An Agreement On The Terms Specified In Annex No. 3 To This Swz.8) If The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Is Indicated In The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data (Technical Or Any Other) Identifyin
