The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Building No. 219 - (Canteen) Located In The Dęblin - Airport Military Complex, Administered By The 41St Air Training Base In Dęblin, Consisting Of The Following Works: Demolition, Brickwork, Replacement Of Water And Sewage Installations, And Electrical Installations. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Building No. 219 - (Canteen) In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In Chapter 3 Of This Swz, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz And The Documents Indicated Below: - Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz; - Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz; - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior) - Constituting Annex No. 11, 11A, 11B To The Swz; - The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting - Annex No. 12 To The Swz; - Design Documentation Constituting - Annex No. 13 To The Swz; Works Related To The Renovation Of Building No. 219 Located In The Dęblin - Airport Military Complex Should Be Carried Out Between 7.00 A.M. And 3.00 P.M. The Need To Carry Out The Works On Working Days After 3 P.M. And On Non-Working Days Should Be Reported At Least 3 Days Before The Commencement Of The Works, In Writing By The Contractor To The Commander Of The 41St Air Training Base In Dęblin (Public Office), Providing The Names Of The Persons And The Type Of Equipment. The Contractor Provides All Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, And Is Obliged To Use Construction Products Consistent With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. Bill Of Quantities, Design Documentation And Those Approved For Use By The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, Consolidated Text), With Valid Approvals And Certificates Allowing Their Use. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Development Of The Construction Site At His Own Expense. As Part Of The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Install Warning Signs And Boards And, On His Own, Ensure Other Technical Conditions For The Proper Protection Of The Works. All Consequences Resulting From Inadequate Security Of The Work Area Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of Construction Works And For Their Compliance With Construction Practice, Technical Specifications, Bill Of Quantities, Design Documentation, Instructions Of Supervisory Inspectors And Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Rules. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure And Maintain Safety At The Construction Site. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For The Protection Of The Construction Site And For All Materials And Equipment Used For Their Implementation, From The Date Of Taking Over The Construction Site To The Date Of Acceptance Of The Completed Works.
