The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Establishment Of The Culture, Sports And Tourism Center In Kamieńsk In The Scope Of Preparation Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works For A Given Scope. The Detailed Material Scope Of The Contract Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of This Swz And Includes In Particular: 1) Stage I (Design) - Development Of Complete Design Documentation Required By Law And Specified In The Swz, Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Expert Opinions, Studies, Permits And Decisions Necessary For Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Obtaining A Final Decision On The Building Permit, 2) Stage Ii (Execution) - Execution, Based On The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Point 1) Construction Works With The Full Scope Of: Accompanying Works, Required Tests And Checks And Cleaning Works, 3) Stage Iii (As-Built) - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Preparation Of A Geodetic Inventory, Preparation Of Instructions For The Use Of The Facility And Its Internal Systems. Under This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Design Equipment Taking Into Account The Technological Assumptions Provided For In Point 8.4 And 8.5 Of The Fup, As Well As The List Included In The Delivery Specification Constituting An Annex To This Order Specification. The Delivery Of The Equipment In Question Is Not An Element Of This Order And Will Be The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. The Contractor Is Obliged To Design The Equipment In Such A Way As To Enable Proceedings To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law, In Particular Taking Into Account The Need To Remain Competitive And Not To Use Proper Names. Other Equipment (Such As A Changing Table For Adults, Bathroom Equipment) Is Obliged To Be Delivered By The Contractor As Part Of This Procedure. Under This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Equip The Photovoltaic Installation Indicated In Point 4, Fifth Indent Of The Table Specified In Point 2.3 On Page 10 Of The Pfu Into An Energy Storage Unit Adapted To The Above-Mentioned Installation. The Ordering Party Allows A Tolerance Of Device Parameters At The Level Of +/- 10%. The Ordering Party Informs That Where In The Swz The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Obligation To Submit In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And To Demonstrate Equivalence Lies With The Contractor.
