Tenders Are Invited For Conducting Training For Candidates To Act As A Non-Professional Foster Family As Part Of The Project Entitled: Support For Foster Care In Bielsko-Biała

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Training For Candidates To Act As A Non-Professional Foster Family In The Following Way: A) In 2026 - Training Of 10 People, B) In 2027 - Training Of 10 People.2. The Aim Of The Training Is To Prepare Theoretical And Practical Candidates For Foster Care To Take Care Of Children Who Cannot Grow Up In A Natural Family In Accordance With The Program Scope Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family And Social Policy Of November 6, 2023 On Training For Candidates For Foster Care (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2452). 3. The Contractor Will Conduct The Training At The Seat Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center At Ul. 1 Maja 17A In Bielsko-Biała. To Conduct The Training, The Contractor Will Appoint A Training Team, I.E. Two Trainers Authorized To Train Candidates To Act As Non-Professional Foster Families. 4. The Contractor Will Purchase Licenses For 2 Trainers To Use The Training Program For Candidates To Perform The Function Of A Non-Professional Foster Family, Which Authorizes Them To Conduct Training In Accordance With The Program Scope Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family And Social Policy Of November 6, 2023 On Training For Candidates For Foster Care (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2452).5. The Contractor Will Provide Training Participants With Training Materials Necessary To Conduct The Training And Small Refreshments During The Training (Including: Coffee, Tea, Unlimited Sugar, Water 0.5 Liters Per Participant, Small Cookies - 10 Dkg Per Participant).6. After Completing The Training, The Contractor Will Issue Certificates Confirming Participation In The Training To The Training Participants, Containing The Details Of The Training Participants (Name And Surname, Date And Place Of Birth, Address Of Residence And Duration Of The Training), Which Will Be Delivered To The Seat Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center (Ul. Karola Miarki 11, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała) In Two Copies For Each Training Participant.7. After Completing The Training, The Contractor Will Participate In The Meeting Of The Qualification Committee In Order To Issue The Training To The Participants By The Municipal Social Welfare Center Ul. Karola Miarki 11 In Bielsko-Biała As The Organizer Of Family Foster Care - Qualification Certificate In Accordance With Art. 45(1) Of The Act On Family Support And The Foster Care System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 49).
