A Detailed Description Of The Items Of The Order, Approximate Quantities Of Deliveries And The Ordering Partys Requirements Are Specified In The Price And Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz. Information On The Principles Of Delivery Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract. 3. Unit And Collective (Transport) Packaging Should Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Each Batch Of Delivered Goods Should Have A Commercial Identification Document And Should Be Marked With A Visible, Legible And Indelible Identification Code And Expiration Date, Enabling Identification Of The Product From A Given Production Batch.E) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Delivered Products With Legible Labels In Polish Placed On The Products In A Way That Prevents Their Movement, With A Product Description, Expiry Date, Storage Temperature And The Production Batch Number, Enabling Identification Of The Product From A Given Batch.F) Persons Delivering The Goods Who Have Direct Contact With Food Are Obliged To Comply With Strict Sanitary Regulations. G) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Dairy Products With A Shelf Life Of No Less Than Two Weeks From The Date Of Delivery Of The Goods To The Hospital Food Warehouse. 5.
