4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of Two Sessions Of A 10-Day Preventive Camp In Seaside Resorts For 80 Children (2 X 40 Children) From The Grudziądz Commune From Disadvantaged Families Aged 8-16.4.2. Recreation Must Be Organized In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of March 30, 2016 On Recreation For Children And Youth (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1548). The Organizer Will Be Obliged To Report The Preventive Camp To The Appropriate Education Authority. 4.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Completed In A Recreation Center In Poland, In Seaside Resorts. The Location Of The Stay Is Up To 300 Km From Grudziądz. 4.4. Under The Contract, The Organizer Will Provide Direct Bus Transport Of Participants From Grudziądz To The Place Of The Camp And Return In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding The Transport Of Persons (Including Current Technical Inspections Of The Vehicles In Which The Participants Will Travel, Current License For Domestic Passenger Transport, Appropriate Professional Qualifications Of The Driver). 4.5. Accommodation In A Brick Building (No Tents), With A Facility Qualification Card, In Rooms For A Maximum Of 4 People With Direct Access To Sanitary Facilities With Showers, Sinks, Toilets And Hot Water, A Separate Bed For Each Participant. 4.6. Full Board (4 Meals Per Day: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Snack And Dinner) In Accordance With The Principles Of Hygiene And Rational Nutrition Specified In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended), Meals Must Be Varied, Filling, Meeting The Standards In Terms Of Quantity, Quality And Nutritional Value. During Trips, Camp Participants Should Be Provided With A Dry Lunch And For The Return Journey From The Camp. 24-Hour Access To Drinks Should Be Provided (E.G. Tea, Water, Compote). 4.7. Implementation Of An Educational, Care And Preventive Program. The Contractor Should Organize A Program Of Activities For Weather And Inclement Weather. The Program Should Include Sports Activities And Games, Field Games, Art Classes, Sociotherapeutic Activities, And A Full-Day Trip With Free Entry To The Visited Facilities For Participants. Educational Staff Must Have Appropriate Qualifications And Experience. Persons With Psychological Education Should Be Provided With Regard To The Implementation Of The Preventive Program. Medical And Nursing Care Must Be Provided For The Duration Of The Order. Camp Participants Must Be Insured Against Accidents. Swimming And Sunbathing Must Take Place In A Swimming Area Supervised By A Wopr Lifeguard. 4.8. Moreover, The Organizer Is Obliged To Comply With The Guidelines For Organizers Of Recreation For Children And Youth Prepared By The Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, The Ministry Of Health And The Ministry Of National Education.4.9.
