Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Sound And Lighting Equipment For The Słubice Municipal Cultural Center

Part 1 Of The Order - Delivery Of Sound Equipment, The Scope Of Which Includes The Delivery Of A Professional Sound System Intended For Concert And Installation Applications In Facilities, Including In Particular Line Array Loudspeaker Sets, Woofers, Frontfill Sets, Amplifiers And Signal Controllers, A Digital Mixing Console With An Input/Output Module (Stagebox) And The Necessary Cabling And Software. The Sound System Should Constitute A Complete, Functionally Compatible Whole, Enabling Configuration, Control And Monitoring Of The Operation Of All Its Elements, As Well As Ensuring The Required Acoustic And Operational Parameters Specified In The Procedure Documentation.2. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of A Brand New One, From Current Production And Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Carry Out A Test Of Correct Operation, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of The Warranty Rights Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz Together With Its Transport, Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And Demonstration Of Functionality. A Demonstration Should Be Understood As The Connection Of All Elements Included In The Offer, Startup And Preparation For Operation In Accordance With The Intended Use Of Each Device. All Electrical Elements Of The Offered Devices Must Comply With The Polish Power Supply Standard2) Providing, Together With The Order, The Instructions Required For Operation In Polish (If Applicable), Technical And Operational Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Order, Current Approvals And Certificates For Safety And Compliance With The Requirements Of Polish And European Standards, Confirming The Possibility Of Using It In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose,3) Conducting Training In The Operation Of The Equipment For Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party, With The Contractor Being Responsible For The Entire Order, Including Its Course And Timely Execution, Quality, Compliance With The Conditions Technical, Quality And Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard.3. The Detailed Scope Of Delivery, The Quantity Of Each Product, The Requirements For Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters And The Contractors Obligations Are Determined By: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Sopz Or Opz), 2) Draft Contract - Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
