The Subject Of The Design Work Is The Extension Of The Intersection Of Nawrocki Street (District Road No. 3304E - Class Z Road) With 20 Stycznia Street In Pabianice (District Road No. 3312E - Class L Road) Into A Roundabout Intersection (The Ordering Party Has Legal Title To Plots No.: 83/19, 92, 222/2, 222/1, Precinct: P-14, Pabianice). The Design Documentation Should Include, In Particular, Design Solutions In The Field Of Maintaining The Continuity Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Traffic In The Area Of The Planned Intersection, Lighting Of The Designed Pedestrian And Bicycle Crossings, Removal Of Collisions, Reconstruction/Expansion Of The Drainage Of The Intersection And On Sections Of The Reconstructed Roads (In Ul. Nawrocki There Is A Storm Sewage System), Reconstruction/Construction Of Exits, Removal Of Collisions Of The Existing Infrastructure, Construction Of A Canal Technological Duct (It Is Allowed To Refrain From Designing A Technological Duct If The Conditions Exempting The Road Manager From The Obligation To Build A Technological Duct Specified In The Act Of March 21, 1985 On Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 889) Are Met, And Preparing An Application To The Competent Minister For Exemption From The Obligation To Build A Technological Duct Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor Of The Design Works).
