The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Successive Delivery Of Reagents And Calibrators, Control And Consumable Materials For Testing Critical Parameters (Hereinafter Referred To As The Assortment), Together With The Lease Of A Critical Parameters Analyzer (Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment) For The Needs Of The Departments Of The Bytowski County Hospital Sp. Z O. O., Ordered By The Laboratory According To The Current Needs Of The Hospital, In The Expected Quantity, Assortment And Absolute Requirements Specified In The Assortment And Price Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Annex No. 2 To The Swz Technical Parameters. During The Term Of The Agreement, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Order Supplies Worth At Least 50% Of The Entire Estimated Value Of The Agreement.
