Tenders Are Invited For Deliveries Of 1 Acoustic Cabin For The Gdańsk University Of Technology

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Acoustic Cabin For The Gdańsk University Of Technology For The Implementation Of The Project Academic Compass: Drop-Out Countermeasure Mechanism At The Gdańsk University Of Technology Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Social Development Program, Co-Financing Agreement No. Fers.01.05-Ip.08-0062/25-002. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 3 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.4. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Transport, Securing, Unloading, Carrying And Assembly By The Contractor To The Place Previously Agreed With The Ordering Party.5. The Contractor Declares That The Subject Of The Contract Is Brand New, Without Previous Use, Not Ex-Exhibition, Technically Efficient, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, And Is Not Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties.6. The Contractor Declares That The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Will Meet All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Swz Constituting An Annex To This Contract And Being Its Integral Part.7. The Contractor Declares That He Has The Qualifications And Potential Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract In Accordance With The Contract Within The Time Specified Therein.8. The Subject Of The Contract Should Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Admitted To Trading And Use In The Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Must Meet All Standards And Requirements Imposed On Such Goods By Polish And Eu Law. 9. The Contractor Undertakes To Attach To The Delivered Subject Of The Order The Necessary Instructions And Materials Regarding Use In Polish, Documents - E.G. Approvals, Safety Mark Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity (If They Are Required By Law For A Given Article). 10. Each Time A Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification And Technical Reference System Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Was Used In Reference To It. It Is Permissible To Apply Appropriate Standards From European Union Countries, To The Extent Adopted By Polish Legislation, As Long As The Applied Standards Guarantee That Standards Are Maintained At A Level Not Worse Than The Requirements Specified In The Above-Mentioned. Standards.11. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In Its Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 12. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Use The Option.
