The Contractor Provides Technical Duties And Performs Maintenance Of The Facility And The Installations Functionally Related To It. The Scope Of Work Covered By The Order Includes Services Related To The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Installation And Work Necessary To Be Performed As A Result Of Defects In Installations And Devices Found By The Contractor Or Reported To Him By The Ordering Party, As Well As Other Minor Works During The Duration Of The Contract. Attention! - The Water Reservoir Was Put Into Operation In 2023 And Its Elements Are Covered By The Guarantee And Warranty Of The Construction Contractor. This Also Applies To The Artificial Stream Put Into Operation In April 2025. All Maintenance And Repair Work Should Be Undertaken In A Way That Does Not Violate Applicable Guarantees And Warranties.
