The Implementation Of The Order Will Consist In Preparing Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads In The Łazy Commune. The Ordering Party Divides The Order Into The Following Tasks: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Road Ul. Kopalniana In Traktowice: − Section Covered By The Study, Approx. 560 Mb2) Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Road Ul. Górna In Traktowice: − Section Covered By The Study, Approx. 510 Mb3) Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Road Ul. Niwa Zagórczańska In Niegowoniczki: − Section Covered By The Study, Approx. 950 Meters 4) Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Road Ul. Błędowska In Niegowoniczki: − Section Covered By The Study, Approx. 880 Meters 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 3.1. The Design Documentation Should Include (Separately For Each Task): A) Reconstruction Of The Road Surface, B) Road Drainage, C) Exemption From The Obligation To Build A Service Channel, And In The Event Of A Refusal - Construction Of A Service Channel, D) Possible Reconstruction Of Underground And Above-Ground Networks Colliding With The Road, E) Possible Reconstruction Of Culverts, F) Possible Reconstruction Of Intersections, G) As Part Of The Design Work Should Be Foreseen In The Bill Of Quantities And A Cost Estimate, A Surveying Inventory Of The Task, H) An Inventory Of Trees And Shrubs Colliding With The Design Solutions, I) An Application And Attachments To The Application For Issuing A Decision On The Environmental Conditions For Consent To The Implementation Of The Project. Obtaining, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, A Decision On Environmental Conditions And Consent To The Implementation Of The Project. 3.2. The Scope Of Tasks Also Includes Authors Supervision. As Part Of The Authors Supervision, The Contractors Obligations Include Resolving Conflicts Between The Designed Facilities And The Existing Technical Infrastructure, Along With Possible Designs For Their Reconstruction, Which Will Not Constitute The Basis For A Separate Order. If, During The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation, There Is A Need To Prepare Additional Supplementary Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractors Obligations Include Preparing This Documentation At His Own Expense.4. Note: All Design Solutions Must Be Positively Agreed Upon By The Owners Of Underground Networks (Water, Gas, Telecommunications, Energy, Etc.) Located On A Given Road.
